A vast majority of Americans have little to no retirement savings and about 40% of those who do feel they have not saved enough.
Congress passed the SECURE Act in 2019 as a step towards improving retirement savings in the US. At the end of 2022, Congress passed SECURE Act 2.0, providing more tools for corporate retirement plans as well as individuals to further improve their ability to save for retirement.
