Marissa joined SPFA as a client relations and operations manager. She is thrilled to put her well-equipped skills in operations, communications, and excellent client service experience to make an everyday impact at the firm. Prior to joining SPFA, Marissa:
- Served as an operations supervisor at a Product Marketing Firm, where she was responsible for overseeing all execution aspects of consumer product research studies with a primary focus on study design and client relationship management.
- Worked at a software company as a customer service agent, where she was the primary contact for client interfacing and horned her skills in customer services.

Marissa grew up in San Mateo and recently moved to Livermore. She enjoys golfing, soccer, hiking with her dog, and has a great passion for cooking.
